You can get rotations just about anywhere you want at Nova. It's merely a matter of putting together a contract with the hospital/clinic of your choice. Each programs has its stregnths and weaknesses. South and Nova are new and have the associated growing pains. Emory is established and has a name worthly of placing on your Benz after graduating; however, the labs are very dated and they devote only 1 crapmed backroom for their AA lectures.
In terms of cities, Savannah seems a little small and rough, but rent isn't too bad. Atlanta has some nice communities that are fairly cheap to live in. Ft Lauderdale is expensive and has a high crime rate. Nova's clinical sites are spread out across the tri-county area, so you might have to commute an hour or more to your clinical sites.
