ya, and the public will all of a sudden see nurses with 2.5 years of school as equals to a doctor with their 8 years of school. Who needs to wise up? my god, get over yourself, what are you sooo scared of? Do you honestly think AA's are a threat to your jobs, no your worried that with AA's becoming more available that you won't be able to demand more and more pay until anesthesia groups are bankrupt and have no choice but to hire anyone to keep the rooms open. You and every CRNA, NP, PA and AA will never be seen or accepted by the public as being better than having a doctor so why don't you do the job you went to school to do and stop your damn whining. boo hoo, AA's are in florida, boo hoo, MDAs don't do their own cases. You still make more money then any other profession in healhcare that doesn't have MD at the end of the title.
