Spell checkers is working for me. In Firefox it highlights the incorrectly spelled words as you type but in MS IE8 you have to click on the abc with a check mark in the lower right-hand corner. This is exactly the same behavior I get with the original board.

PS: I type sloppy and just used spell check to correct three errors.
