Gethsemane Lutheran Church in beautiful Keyport, NJ welcomes you all to join us in this, the holiest time in the Christian calendar. Lent is such an important and busy time of the year for our Church and even in this never-ending time of Covid-19 where all CDC recommendations are followed, we are gladly still meeting for indoor services.
The season of Lent begins with Ash Wednesday on February 17th. Gethsemane Lutheran Church is offering 2 services at 12 noon and 7pm. Although no ashes will be offered this year due to Covid-19 protocols, the sentiment of this special day remains, and we welcome YOU to our Church.
As a reminder, Gethsemane Lutheran Church's Sunday service is offered weekly online in three areas, our website at glckeyport.org, our Facebook page and also our YouTube channel. Pastor Matt Thiringer also has his weekly Bible devotional, normally around Tuesday, on our Facebook page, where he picks a subject from the Bible and explains the meaning.
