Hi Marie, I have also replied to your email. It would have been made in Japan and looks to be porcelain, but I cannot identify a maker by the mark. So many companies and records were destroyed in WW2, that a lot of info that would help us today was lost. It is not anything too rare and would probably fall in value with other Japan made willow cups and saucers. As for finding more, I would try searching eBay for “Japan blue willow cup saucer.” Enjoy the day.
