Beauty (crazing, too), is in the eye of the beholder. I have had a customer who did not want any crazing, while others don’t mind the patina. I would say crazing does not affect value, as long as it is not damaging, and in some ways and for some people, the crazing adds a nice touch that cannot be duplicated except by time.
So, to answer your question, it might just really depend on the buyer or owner’s preference. Although I would say it does not.
