First we'd need to know if what you have is actually a willow pattern. There can be a lot of blue and white out there that is called willow just because of the color. If it is indeed willow, what is the mark exactly? There is new willow marked Windsor. At first glance, FB&C does not appear in my books as a willow manufacturer (doesn't mean that's not the case). A quick search on ebay will give you some results to look at and compare. There are also willow collectors guide books (although not current) that can help you with different pieces and moreso marks. Actually just searching for willow on the Internet can get you started on learning more. Not sure if you're wanting information to get a value to sell, or just to learn more and keep the willow. As with any antique or collectible, learning can be a long process over time. If willow is something you want to collect and learn more about, you can join IWC, attend conventions and meet other collectors. Feel free to post photos or email me and I will try to help more. -- Jeff
