The fluted shapes of the cup and saucer were registered as designs by Williamson & Sons of Longton, Staffordshire on 4th January 1890. So they are the makers and date of manufacture is likely to be 1890 or 1891. One would expect to see England printed on the bottom from 1891, although it is possible these were not made for export?
