Hi Susan & Dwayne. My wife and I have just attended the 2014 Indianapolis Convention, next year it is in Dallas. I have discussed your question with my wife and Brenda Nottingham and we suggest that as a start collecting "Churchill Willow" would be the go as it is inexpensive, attractive and can be used. There are a number of books on the Willow Pattern which may help. IWC member Connie Rogers has written a good book on the Willow Pattern and I think having a copy of this would be useful.
