Hi Peter, sure...O'Neill is actually a retailer, not the potter. These pieces are usually attributed to pottery made by Wedgwood & Co. Some pieces might carry the Wedgwood & Co mark in addition to O'Neill. I think these pieces date late 1920s, through the 30s, maybe even a bit after that.
