That E C Challinor Fenton is a fake reproduction mark. I have written articles about fake or reproduction willow. One of the pieces I had with that mark also had printed: "NOT USE FOR FOOD DECORATION ONLY". There were several bona fide Challinor firms in the 19th century, but this is not it. There are rows and rows of pieces like yours in the reproduction shops. Sorry, but it is true!
