I am trying to help a friend that has a blue Willow style platter. I have been looking for quite a while and cannot find another like it. It has only one person on the bridge, no ship with sails in the background, the larger home is on the right side and it lacks the pair of birds/swallows. It has a mark on the back, that is blurry. The picture is in focus, the mark itself is blurred. The Willow on this plate is unlike any I've seen before. Does anyone have any ideas as to age and where this might have been made? I just get an Asian feel from it.. say early 1800's, but some believe it to be from England, late 1800's. If you have any links that would help or any ideas, I would LOVE to know what you think. Thanks so much for taking the time to read this and give any input you might have.
