I hope you are checking this Message Board for an answer to your question, and I apologize for not checking it out for questions myself. I wrote a book about American made willow pattern, so I can help identify and date your green teapot. It was made by the Royal China Company, that was established in Sebring, Ohio in 1933. Blue willow ware production began in the early 1940s. Pink, brown and green were added in 1949. Green and brown were in production into the 1950s, but the colors were not popular. Both blue and pink were advertised as late as 1967, and only blue was made after that time. Royal China Co. did not always mark their hollow ware pieces; however, the shape teapot you have shown in your photos is definitely the teapot shape made by Royal China Co. Sometimes the top of the spout and handle were left white, but most of the time they were decorated. No, you do not have a reproduction; however, not very many of these teapots were made in green. Your teapot is somewhere near 60 years old.
