I am new to this board and Blue Willow.
My issue is this, my grandmother collected just about everything from tables full of cut glass to every antique china pattern ever made. Since she and my mother passed away I am covered in every antique item you can imagine. I have several boxes of different Blue Willow patterns!
I took some of them to an antique mall to learn a bit about them and it seems I have several different kinds (BOXES OF THEM!) I have the ones simply marked JAPAN, from what I read they date to around 1923, some Lochs of Scotland and a pattern I was told was made in the 1950's and that your grandmother would get when she bought groceries back in the day. What is the best way to sell these items? I want them to be well loved and they are all in good shape. I have mostly plates, saucers and trays. I'll try to post pictures if that is allowed. If anyone can tell me more about the JAPAN era plates I would really appreciate the information.
Thank you all again,
