Hi Jim,
I own an Arklow cream pitcher with gold accents and according to Connie Rogers Illustrated Encyclopedia of British Willow Ware,
it is a Mark 2 dated (1910-35).p.26. You may hear more from Connie herself. She is certainly my expert when it comes to willow!
