You are talking about the willow pattern made by Doulton (Royal Doulton). The background is a mustard yellow color, and the pattern is printed in black. Most of us collectors enjoy finding at least one piece of that combination although I have often wondered what an entire table setting would look like! It is quite pricey. There is a photo of a teapot on its stand with creamer and sugar in my book. The publishers thought the set was so lovely and unusual that they enlarged and reprinted it on the Dedication page. Many different Doulton marks are found on the pieces ranging from just the words WILLOW DOULTON & Co., the large crown over the wavy-edged mark and the Royal Doulton mark with a lion sitting on the crown over the circular mark. The pattern was made in the color combination for at least 20 years.
