Your platter was made by the Nihon Koshitsu Toki (NKT) Co. in Japan that used a mark with two phoenixes (double phoenix). The firm made the Booths variant of the willow pattern in blue, pink, green and purple; Your discription in part sounds like the willow pattern; however, you didn't mention a bridge with 3 figures crossing. Also, the willow pattern has a willow tree and rocks in front of the fences -- not plants. A picture would help, but the Pat. No. H-273-B actually tells you the pattern as identified by the company. I checked Replacements Ltd., but they do not have any patterns by NKT. We do not quote values on this website. It sounds like a lovely piece!
