Help identifying a mark on a willow bowl

I have a blue willow bowl that I am trying to identify. It is a rounded rectangle, not an oval, 10.5" x 8.5" x 2.25" deep. The willow pattern is in the bottom of the bowl, the sides of the bowl are plain and then there is more blue pattern around the rim. On the back There is a double line diamond with Semi China inside. There is also a bow (hunting, not ribbon) at a 45* angle with what appears to be a quiver across where the arrow should be, Inside the quiver is writing, I can't make it all out (need a better Magnifying glass) 3 letters, then maybe a g and w and then 2-3 more letters. There is also a stamp with the number 2 over 08 pressed into the surface and the stamp appears to be over a blue diamond solitaire ring, only the top of the ring is showing. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. I can send pictures if that would help.
