How nice that you inherited blue willow! Some of us have had to buy our inheritances! Not all willow pattern is marked. It could be older before markings were common, or it could be newer and only marked with a paper label that came off. You need to look at some reference books on blue willow. There is a list in our Reference section of this website. Be sure to look at the pattern carefully, also, to make sure it is willow pattern. Without photos, we can only guess that some of your pieces actually have the word 'willow' in the mark. If not, you might want to submit a photo so we can tell you whether or not your pieces are willow pattern. I documented over 400 British makers of willow pattern in my book, and there were also at least 50 makers in the USA to say nothing of Japan and the other countries. It is the most widely produced ceramic pattern in history.
