I always took pride in being able to go long periods without water. (Lived on desert areas where it was scarce--) That's stupid. Apparently a lot of my health problems are due to that.

I don't have a water bottle, just fill a soda bottle with filtered water and try to drink a couple of them a day. (I'm definitely a low-maintenance gal.)
