I never really thought about it until I visited my younger brother here in Arizona.

I came to visit and he gave me a tour as we were taking a relative of his wife, who lived here too, home. We drove by this house with a FOR SALE sign in front. I had my brother stop and wrote down the number of the realtor. I was just curious. I called, she came out, we looked the place over, she quoted a price, I made an offer. The next day the owners accepted. OMG! What had I done???

Anyway - it's a whole story how it all came about, but here I am. I never made one plan about retiring until I bought this house on a whim. This was a couple of years before I retired.
