I got to hold him until the anesthesia put him to sleep, then the vet took him away. He was swaddled in a soft blanket, and I soothed him until he was asleep.

Coming home and being here without him has been horrible. I don't know how I'm going to get through the rest of my days without my Spencer.

He was a very loving dog and only barked when he was outside and another dog was being walked.
