Well, the day is gone and evening will begin soon. It's still daylight out and I'm thinking about dinner. I think I'll just have some leftovers.

On Monday, I ripped the skin off a patch on my forearm. Rene' and Alicia took very good care of me and changed the dressing until Alicia left on Wednesday. It was excruciating. I think I scared them half to death when they were changing the dressing, but they did an excellent job, and I promised them I'd get myself to Urgent Care.

I finally did after lunch today. The PA said they did a great job and the only thing he did was to put a fresh dressing on it and give me a tetanus shot. Both my ladies were pleased to hear the results.

I'll tell you, it is so frustrating that my skin is soooooo thin that it is delicate. I'm always getting bruised because of one thing or another, even a superficial scrape with a fingernail if they are a little bit long. Grrr!
