On a physical basis, has your sands shifted? Are things going south?

I had great uplift for a buxom gal right up til they split my thorax to repair my heart. Apparently whatever they cut was the bridge holding my 'girls' upright and perky. After that surgery they are scared--they ran and hid beneath my armpits.

I no longer need a bra, I can wear a belt to manage things...
