Did anyone do something to celebrate Junetenth? I think I just slaughtered the spelling.

It is a federal holiday so no mail delivery,gov't.offices were closed along with banks.There there was a gathering nearby open to anyone.There was live music,food trucks and other things.I think kids could get their faces painted.

Just one of those days for me so I stayed home.I am checking out the farmers market today.There are several crafters that set up there.Just something to do.I am looking forward to the green bean and tomatoe harvest.
