Being tropical, we are used to being hot but today we kinda got a weather shock, a warning for tomorrow of a heat warning of 124 degree heat factor. Cooling centers are common now this time of year, are being increased by our power company, churches and other public places with like 500 fans being sent home with the elderly when they leave for the night. Almost all have a/c but not all and many go to family, a/c here is really not a luxury. Most of the news was showing the outdoor workers what to do to be safe such as towels on their armpits, lots of water breaks, etc. Not all can be sent home, some services are required here.
