I'm doing pretty well, keeping my blood sugars in check. Staying on the triple sided diet so the gout won't attack or I won't regain the weight I've lost.
I still have itchy skin and have had to use a whole bottle of Calomine lotion for that. But I feel good.

I will be lonesome without the 'littles'. They're going to Montana to visit for awhile with their other grandparents. (SIGH...)
