First off it is in the 90^s and im glad to be in air conditioning. THE PHYSICAL THERAPIST got me right after breakfast and after she was done the occupational therapist took over. Getting my legs working but tired me out
I ended up napping after lunch. Im on iron pills but still anemic and tire easy
