BEER BREAD

3 cups self-rising flour
3 TBSP sugar
1 12 oz can or bottle of beer (I've been using my non-alcoholic beer, and it works just fine.)

Mix all together, batter will be stiff, then spread in a loaf pan - I spray with PAM first. Smooth the top with soft or melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
