Have you had a heart cath? If so did it scare you?

I am driving someone to have one done on Monday and it is concerning me more so than the one having it done.Just the thought of going through the procedure having the possibility of having a stent inserted is driving me crazy with worry.Am I looking at this with too much anxiety?
