My NP contacted the agency, and someone called me to make an appointment to come out to talk to me about all the things they had to offer. I was offended because all I said to my NP was that I was finally beginning to feel my age and how frail I was getting. I can still do everything for myself except some handyman type of things, which I'll gladly pay for or ask my brother to do. And for general housecleaning which would take me forever to get done.

I must admit though, what she said on the phone is that they offer all kinds of things for those who can't still do things for themselves. I filed that info away for when the time comes, I get to that point. Until that time, I will continue to do for myself as much and for as long as I can.

She might talk to her doctor, and they will arrange for someone to give her a call.
