Benadryl doesn't work for me.But then again it might be that it makes me think of hearing a mother using it every night for her children.This was long ago in the 60s and 70s so it must just be in my head.

Melatonin didn't help either and seemed to make me nervous.One of my sisters said it was most likely the wrong dosage.I have some and maybe should try it again.Third time might be the charm.
