Only a couple of times in HS when I and a friend frosted our hair. Never did after that. When I entered the work force, several older ladies told me my hair color was fine and to never start color, too time consuming, costly and not worth the trouble. I became gray around 35 in some places and my husband loved it then and when it shows up now he still loves it so I guess those ladies I still see occasionally gave me good advise .
