Help.I have fruit flies.Knats maybe? Anyway how do you get rid of them?

I don't want to go the route of pesticides but have thought of those bombs when desperate.

Have successfully tried the apple cider vinegar trick but am thinking the insects are multiplying faster than they catch them.I haven't ever been infested like this.I can refrigerate fruits but then what?

Any adice?
