I feel for ya, Pattie. I always ask for late morning or afternoon appointments. Having everything done on computers now it is ridiculous how they can't seem to operate without them.

When my brother was still alive, I took him to an appointment on the right day on the right time and their computer was down so they couldn't see him. I had to call back to make another appointment when their computers were online again.

Remember when you'd check in and behind the reception station would be shelves loaded with files? Gone and never to be seen again.
