You can tell if a person is addicted and taking things to sell for drug money most of the time.Even if that was the case I don't know if I would say something or not.I have never seen anyone stealing in a grocery store.Except in 1968 when I worked in a grocery store.A family of gypsies came through town and they stole meat.They were rough looking and the owner just let them get away with it.

I would buy young mothers and some seniors purchase necessities if I was asked for money.There are some churches and food banks but if you don't have transportation that isn't an option for many around here.I have actually picked up food boxes for two couples that needed them.
