Depends on the severity of the situation.Also the quality of care given in the area sadly plays a part in frequency of treatment seeking.Not to mention location,location,location.

Personally I don't think healthcare is fair in our country whether sought immediately or put off.Money plays a huge part in levels of care recieved and given.
