We have smoke detectors in our room and also a sprinkler system..when i first toured here they showed me a room on the 3rd floor but this was available on the first floor and i took it. There are a few doors to outside here which i decided was what i wanted. The building has 3 floors but only one elevator and if the elevator isnt working that means using stairs. I cant do steps so this suits me.
