I was supposed to make chicken salad.When I got to the supermarket the deli was closed and all the rotisserie chickens were sold.So I bought a whole fresh chicken from the meat department and googled if it could be cooked in the crockpot.

The house is smelling so good and it will remind me of Thanksgiving when I wake.
