When I was in the hospital and couldn't get out of bed, one of the aides brought in a shower cap and put it on my head and massaged it in and here it was shampoo and rinse all in one. It worked great. I keep some on hand now. In fact, I showed KY friend the hair stylist and she had never seen these and wrote all INE info to give to her home bound clients

Not much happening here..my oldest has a birthday this week..hard to imagine he will be 59

I have my son and dil on a quest to find me a floor lamp at a yard sale. I could use one where my recliner sits. Its a dark corner
