Most people here use bottled water unless they have a reverse osmosis system. I'd have one but it would take up too much room under my sink. I always have bottled water but use water from the tap to cook pasta or potatoes that I drain off. The ground water here is really hard. I have Culligan to soften it. I don't drink it though. Probably be okay but I don't want to take any chances.
