I hate those no sleep nights.Sometimes I sleep two hours then I'm wide awake. My mother had sleep issues but in her last days she napped so much in the daytime.

I pick up my phone and watch videos.That is very bad for me to do.I used to keep my TV on around the clock but finally do not have one in the bedroom.

Lately I read until nodding.

My Sunday was a slow paced day also.Rarely have visitors.Before my husband passed we loved Sundays together.
