I do miss cooking for my family. I enjoy it so much when they visit and when most or all of them are here, I really love it. It is getting harder and harder to stand to cook any more though.

When I do cook something from scratch any more, I don't try to make it for just one. I make enough for several meals after or freeze in portions.
