Have you tried coloring in an adult coloring book? It is calming to me.I used to see a lady at church sitting with colored pencils quietly coloring during services and meetings.I thought it was weird.

Years ago I started picking up a coloring book and found why she colored.She was a teacher and used coloring to relax from attempting to convince teenagers that education was a good thing.
