Last night a motion light came on just as I started to bed.I looked out thinking I'd see the old possum sniffing around.

Imagine how shocked I was when I saw a fox.I had my phone in my hand and immediately tried taking a picture.I was so shaky and the window prevented a clear shot but I managed to click twice.

Then it sauntered around the corner headed to the front yard.I thought maybe I was mistaken and googled pictures of coyotes and foxes.I am almost certain it was a young fox.

Exciting to actually see a wild critter.I know there are coyotes in the hills around me.One reason I don't want my cat outside.I will try to find the animal control officer and show him the pictures.

Hawks will pick up small cats and dogs and fly away with them also.I also often see groups of buzzards.They go for the deer that get run over on the highway.

Oh gruesome aren't I lol.Sorry.but so go the days of my life.
