My first day of school was 1st grade. I went into the kindergarten class and stayed there all day as the teacher didn't know what to do because I wasn't on her list of students. They did get in touch with my dad, finally. The next day my dad had to drive me to school to make sure I got into the right classroom. I don't know why the school didn't figure it out after the first hour. So, my first day of 1st grade was in kindergarten.

I'm going to be cooking up an artichoke today. I haven't had one in a long time so I'm looking forward to it. They are so time-consuming eating them, but so yummy I don't mind.
