Just got a notice on my phone that thunderstorms are likely.I got caught in a downpour today after my doctor appointment.It was downright scary.Luckily I had just made it in the door of a business.No way was I going to go to my car until it stopped.

How was your day? Mine was one of those days I call a hurry up and wait times.My doctor was unusually busy also.

Water,water and then more water.I was told I was dehydrated according to my lab work.I am going to fill my water bottles and drink till they are empty lol.
