My brother hurt his back and has been sleeping in a recliner.I was told not to sleep on my back.How do you prevent that in your sleep? I have tried using pillows to keep me from turning in my sleep but always seem to wake on my back.

I can't wear the brace I got.It is so difficult to get on.I honestly don't feel like I was taught how to wear it.They just put it on and explained how to do do as they did that.They didn't allow me to do it myself afterwards as a practice run.I had to pay a portion before insurance was billed at the same visit.I was assured that would be it.NOW I am getting bills for over a hundred dollars.I am marching in there and might leave a piece of my mind with them.

I still use the wheelchair in the house.I walk every chance I can but can only do so for short periods.I use a cane when I go out.A walker to me was just too awkward.I am faster moving now.Months ago it was such a slow tedious process to get to the car or into the doctor's office.

One thing that is deeply painful is when the weather changes for incoming rain.Dear old uncle Arthur is ugly.

I may have mentioned the insurance has once again changed the insulin they pay for and my body doesn't always like the new insulin.The pharmacist told me the companies are doing that to all patients.They don't want to pay for the proper meds people need and are used to.He said it is all a game to them.Drug companies don't have hearts they have pockets.

Okay did I really agree to have this physical body when my maker sent me here??? Wheelchairs canes syringes insurance woes etc.etc.etc.You don't know the half of it.But I'll spare you lol
