Well another sleepless night has passed.I must have a nerve twisted somewhere because a burning excruciating pain is happening in my foot.It is not constant but close enough together that it may as well be.It brings tears.I suppose it stems from the fracture in my lower back.It will never be better.

Please be careful a d take care of yourself Regardless of what you hear aging is not easy.I honestly think those that constantly smile and appear carefree are hiding their pain.I have done it for years but now it is becoming more difficult to Stat positive and present a smiling demeanor.

My sister and her grand-daughter are stopping by after churchso maybe a warm shower might help me.I haven't seen my great-niece since her pre k graduation.I so hope I can act civilized thru the pain.She is my highlight of life at the moment.
