When you said it would be sad going back into your house, I remember when my mom died and going back inside the house I grew up in. My oldest brother stayed there for awhile until I moved him in with me. Whenever I'd go back to take groceries and check-up on him, walking through the house and remembering my life back then, it was like seeing ghosts. Sometimes I have dreams about being in the house again.
